Microdermabrasion & Dermal-Infusion (Silk Peel)
Microdermabrasion is used to soften, smooth, and even out skin tone by exfoliating dead surface skin cells. A diamond-tipped wand removes impurities, promotes remodeling of collagen and elastin, plumps skin, reduces lines and scars, and improves overall appearance. A 20-30 minute Medical Grade Microdermabrasion is safe and effective with no downtime nor discomfort. One or a series of 3 to 6 treatments is recommended.
Dermal Infusion (aka Hydra-dermabrasion or Hydrabrasion or SilkPeel) combines microdermabrasion with dermal infusion.
Dermal Infusion is an advanced skin-resurfacing treatment that combines exfoliation, extraction, and infusion of condition-specific serums to improve skin health, function and appearance. A patented, non-invasive treatment, Dermal-Infusion is fully customizable and the perfect solution to address a wide variety of skin concerns and conditions from head-to-toe. It is suitable for all skin types and tones. One or a series of 3 to 6 treatments is recommended.
Micro-needling (Skin Micro-needling) with or without Platelet-rich Plasma Therapy
Using a hand-held skin micro-needling device with an attached sterile, single patient use 12 to 36 pin (i.e. micro-needle) cartridge to automatically and rhythmically deliver controlled micro-needle puncture injuries to the targeted skin in order to stimulate new, healthy collagen and elastin, our master aestheticians can improve fine lines, scars, stretch marks and your skin's overall appearance. Automated skin microneedling-created superficial micro-channels also allow topical autologous plasma, serums and/or creams to be absorbed more effectively into the skin for enhanced results. A 20-30 minute skin microneedling session is safe and effective with minimal downtime and discomfort. One or a series of 3 to 6 treatments is recommended.
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy (Autologous Plasma Therapy)
Dermaplaning
Used to manually exfoliate superficial dead skin while removing facial hair. Leaves skin smooth, supple and vibrant. Safe, effective and maybe done every 2-4 weeks.

Strimling Dermatology, Laser & Vein Institute uses the one of the most advanced and sophisticated, multi-platform laser / light technology device in Las Vegas, the SCITON JOULE. Our Sciton Joule's dual flashlamp Intense Pulsed Light module [also known as Broad Band Light (BBL)] produces gentle, but intense bursts of light to reduce or remove:

- Red spots / Redness (as in Rosacea or Chronic sun damage)
- Scars and Stretch marks

Photofacial with BBL (Photofacial-BBL or BBL)
Our Sciton dual-flash Broad Band Light (BBL) device utilizes the power of intense light to remove brown spots (hyperpigmentation / melasma), redness, veins and sun damage while tightening your skin. Photofacial with BBL improves the overall appearance of aged skin and enlarged pores. Also, Photofacial-BBL renews your skin by promoting new collagen and elastin. BBL is excellent for rosacea! BBL is easy, safe, effective, relatively painless and requires no more than 20-30 minutes in office. Expect minimal or no downtime depending upon various factors. One or a series of 3-5 treatments may be recommended.
SkinTyte Firming / Tightening Treatments & EXILIS Body Shaping / Sculpting / Tightening for Non-Surgical Face / Brow / Neck-Tightening and Body Lifting / Shaping & Cellulite
Renews and tightens loose, sagging and aged skin. SkinTyte utilizes infrared light energy to heat soft tissues, causing / stimulating collagen contraction and remodeling; resulting in a firmer, more youthful skin appearance. SkinTyte is a painless, safe, effective, no downtime procedure that requires 3-5 treatments. SkinTyte is a great add-on procedure to Photofacial-BBL.
EXILIS uses radiofrequency-based energy to achieve painless, safe, effective and progressive skin tightening and / or body shaping via fat liquefaction (i.e. "fat melting"), depending upon device handpiece and settings used. No downtime Exilis is a non-invasive skin tightening and / or liposuction alternative. 4 or more treatments are usually recommended.
Vaginal Rejuvenation with Exilis Ultra Femme 360
Exilis Ultra Femme 360 is an quick and easy, safe, effective, painless, no down-time, non-surgical vaginoplasty and labioplasty treatment. Ultra Femme 360 employs innovative single device radiofrequency and ultrasound technology to provide complete vaginal rejuvenation by stimulating your body's natural collagen producing processes to restore vaginal and vulvar tissues to a more youthful state.

SCITON Erbium MicroLaserPeels & Fractional Laser Resurfacing
Precise, adjustable (tunable) Sction erbium laser resurfacing smoothes fine lines and wrinkles, reduces brown spots, sun damage, scars and other signs of photoaging. Erbium laser peels and fractional resurfacing promote collagen remodeling & tightening.
State-of-the-art MicroLaserPeels and/or Fractional Resurfacing offer dramatic long-term results, yet requires only a short recovery time. Safe for most skin types and body areas, our Sciton laser peels are great for face, neck, chest and hands. Expect redness, then peeling for 3-5 days on your face and possibly, longer on other non-face treatment areas. One to four treatments may be recommended. For pronounced deep wrinkles and acne scars, MicroLaserPeel may be combined with Profractional Resurfacing for better results.
Photofacial-BBL, SkinTyte and Fractional or Laser Resurfacing can safely be combined in one treatment session for an even more dramatic cosmetic improvement.
Laser / Light Acne Treatments including Blu-U Blue Light and Photodynamic Therapy
Laser or Light-based acne treatments can improve the appearance of acne and acne scars. Laser / Light treatments destroy acne causing bacteria to reduce breakouts and slow down overactive oil glands to minimize or prevent future breakouts. These treatments also stimulate and generate new collagen, thereby plumping the skin and improving superficial imperfections. No downtime Laser / Light acne treatments are safe, effective and painless. 3 to 6 or more treatment sessions are usually recommended.
Laser Hair Removal
Laser Hair Removal with our 755 nm Alexandrite and/or 1064 nm Nd:YAG Laser allows safe, effective hair removal for all skin types. 5 to 8 treatment sessions at 4 to 8 week intervals are usually recommended.
Laser Tattoo Removal
Laser tattoo removal is safe, effective and precise with minimal discomfort. PICO & Q-switched laser tattoo removal maximizes tattoo ink removal while minimizing scar risk. 3 to 8 or more treatment sessions (at 6-8 week intervals) are required for Scar-FREE tattoo removal.
Laser Toning & Soft Peels for Melasma (and Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation)
Laser toning +/- Soft Peels is the current gold standard treatment for Melasma (aka Chloasma, the "Mask of Pregnancy", etc.).

- Tardiness Policy: We honor a 10 minute grace period. Beyond or after this grace period, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of our Aesthetician depending upon her schedule. (If you are rescheduled, then a $25 late fee may apply.)
